Le Next Level is a France-based multi-sector community of organizations and professionals with lived experience of discrimination based on origin, and its multiple intersections.
Our organization serves as a space where each member can put their knowledge, experience, skills and resources toward reinforcing justice, equity, inclusion and the respect for human dignity by all means necessary and available.
Our core discipline is community organizing.
We draw from the teachings of Saul Alinsky, Ella Baker, Marshall Ganz, our trainers and mentors over the years, and the many lessons of community organizations led by marginalized communities throughout time and across the world to design structures, trainings, and collaborations for more inclusive, equitable and respectful practices in all fields and sectors.
Since 2013, we have offered conferences, workshops and trainings to non-profit grassroots organizations, NGOs, foundations, big and small businesses, as well as the public sector — in France and across Europe.
Our approach prioritizes experiential learning and immersive formats, to make space for empathy- and courage-driven leadership development for all.
